To clarify the client’s wishes, he was asked to fill out a brief, which was then passed to the Outsourcing Team specialists for detailed analysis. For implementation, we chose a CRM system from the Ukrainian development team – KeyCRM. Due to its functionality, characteristics, and appropriate cost, this system perfectly met the client’s needs.
In accordance with the client’s wishes, a commercial offer was prepared, which contained the following points:
- Integration with Instagram and Rozetka.
- Importing goods into the CRM system.
- Setting up order statuses.
- Customization of customers (display of all customers).
- Setting up telephony (answering machine “greeting”).
- Setting up the Analytics section.
After the commercial offer was approved by the client, the Outsourcing Team specialists started setting up the CRM system.
The first step was to connect the Rozetka marketplace and the Instagram social network to the CRM, and set up the appropriate chats, which made it possible to receive and process orders in the CRM system and respond to customers without changing the application.
