The owner of an online store “Marakas” approached Outsourcing Team with the need to launch contextual advertising. The main goal of this request is to increase the number of sales on the site and increase the reach of the target audience.

The owner of the Marakas online store was asked to fill out a brief, which included key project data, objectives and estimated advertising budget. After analyzing the information received, the Outsourcing Team started working on the project.

Preparation for the launch of contextual advertising for the online store “Rushnichok” included the following stages:

  • Formation of semantic kernel for advertising campaigns.
  • Calculating the budget and forecasting the expected results.
  • Writing texts for advertisements.
  • Setting up an account in Google Analytics.
  • Importing key goals into Google Ads.
  • Launching and setting up advertising campaigns.

Information on the results of contextual advertising work is provided for the period – 01.10.2024-31.01.2025.

Indicators before the start of work

At the beginning of the launch of the advertising campaign the traffic sources were analyzed.

Between October 1 and October 31, the number of users on the site was 53,611. During this time, there were 2,388 users from Google ads, including 2,166 new users. There were 60 conversions during this time.

According to e-commerce data directly from Google advertising there were 61

transactions totaling 56,795 UAH.

Results after advertising by our specialists

Between January 1 and January 31, the number of sessions was 57,317. During this time, there were 3,775 users from Google ads, including 223 new users, and 11,274 sessions realized. (A session is a stretch of time when a user is actively engaging with your site. One user can make multiple sessions).

the largest number of visitors to the site on advertising was from such regions:

  • Kiev: 1098 users
  • Dnipropetrovsk region: 361 users
  • Lviv region: 341 users
  • Odessa region: 70 users

Shown are Google advertising campaigns that ran from January 1 to January 31. The cost of all advertising campaigns amounted to 14,790.12 UAH (last month 12,152.92 UAH).

Average cost per click: 2.38 UAH (last month 2.53 UAH)

Cost of conversion (registrations and transactions): 88.05 UAH (last month 66.45 UAH)

According to e-commerce data directly from Google advertising was 64 transactions totaling 98,767.60 UAH (last month 72,104.15 UAH) – these are paid orders from the search advertising campaign.

During the period from 01.10.2024 – 31.01.2025 the number of users on the site increased by 3706 users of which from advertising 1387 users. The number of conversions increased by 107. The total amount of sales increased for this period by 41 972 UAH.

The owner of the online store “Marakas” is satisfied with the results, so our team continues to work on advertising campaigns in search, with constant improvement of results.
