Medical Center “Silicea” - provides a wide range of services for diagnosis, prevention and treatment of various types of disease. They work and provide assistance in many areas, such as: rehabilitation, therapy, neurology, gynecology, cardiology, surgery and many others. Also, the medical center has its own laboratory, which allows you to undergo a complete examination and get a doctor's consultation in one place.

Silicea Medical Center turned to Outsourcing Team to launch contextual advertising to increase website traffic and lead generation in the main areas of the medical center's work.

PROGRESS OF WORK

The first stage was to provide a brief to the client to fill in the basic information about the company and the results the client wants to see from the work. The next stage was the analysis of the brief by the Outsourcing Team and setting the main goals, namely to increase traffic on the website and lead generation in the main areas of work of the medical center. After that a work plan was drawn up:

1.Collection of semantics and minus words.

2. calculation of the approximate budget.

3.Installation of Google Analytics.

4.Setting up goals

– phone number

– mail

– form submission.

5.Setting up Google Tag Manager.

6.Setting up search companies in Russian and Ukrainian languages.

Information on the work of advertising and its results are provided for the period 01.02.2022r. to 30.06.2022r. During this time you can observe a significant growth of the main indicators.

The results are obtained one month after the preparatory work and stable operation of the advertising company

Between February 1 and February 24, the number of users was 896. During this time, there were 363 users from Google ads, of which 344 were new users, and 461 sessions were realized.

Between Feb. 1 and Feb. 24, 21 conversions were achieved from Google ads, of which:

– 19 clicks by phone number;

– 1 click by mail;

– 1 form submitted.

The advertising campaigns of Google, which were launched in the period from February 1 to February 24, are shown. The cost of all advertising campaigns amounted to UAH 3,412.44.

Average cost per click: 3.08 UAH.

Cost of conversion: 89.80 UAH.

After the first month of work of the advertising company, the results were analyzed and optimization of the advertising company was carried out to improve the results in the future. Also recommendations were given to improve user experience and increase conversion rate, namely:

1.add messengers to the website (wyber/telegram/facebook).

2.Add price list of prices for services.

3. add customer testimonials on the website.

These recommendations were discussed with the client and passed to the programmers of our company for implementation.

Between June 1 and June 30, the number of users was 1,343. During this time, there were 346 users from Google ads, of which 305 were new users, and 463 sessions were realized.

Between June 1 and June 30, 63 conversions were achieved from Google ads, of which:

– 53 clicks by phone number;

– 3 clicks by mail;

– 7 form submissions.

Shown are Google advertising campaigns that were launched from June 1 to June 30. The cost of all advertising campaigns amounted to UAH 1,313.77.

Average cost per click: 2.70 UAH.

Average cost of conversion: 69.15 UAH.

RESULT OBTAINED

Contextual advertising, as expected, brought the customer positive results. For the period from 01.02.2022p. to 30.06.2022p. increased the number of users by 447. The level of conversions increased by 44. At the same time the average cost of a click decreased by 0,38 UAH. Due to the positive work of advertising at the client accordingly increased the level of sales on the site.
