The organization’s social media promotion included a comprehensive approach aimed at improving the quality of content, increasing reach and attracting an audience. The work was carried out in accordance with a strategy that took into account the client’s goals and the specifics of charitable activities.
Attending events, taking photos and videos
The team’s specialists actively participated in events organized by the Volunteer Council to capture key moments of the events. Professional photo and video shooting was carried out, reflecting the activity and atmosphere of the events. The main emphasis was placed on important moments of the events, the emotions of the participants and details demonstrating the involvement of the organization.
Editing and processing of photos/videos for subsequent publication
After the shooting, a careful selection of the best materials was made. The photos and videos taken were professionally processed in accordance with the visual style of the organization. The finished materials are adapted for use in different formats: posts, stories, reels.

Creating publications, message plan in accordance with the measures
A detailed content plan was developed, synchronized with the calendar of events. The plan included both event announcements and reports upon their completion. Publications contained information about the goals of the events, their results and achievements. To increase audience engagement, interactive formats were introduced: surveys, calls for commenting and distribution.
Writing texts, reports
A series of informative texts for Facebook and Instagram was prepared, revealing key aspects of the organization’s activities. Particular attention was paid to the emotionality of the texts to create a strong social effect. In addition, detailed reports were prepared on the results of the events held, including text descriptions, photos and videos.
Dissemination of charitable initiatives of partners
A series of publications dedicated to the charitable initiatives of the organization’s partners was carried out. As part of the cooperation, general posts were created covering the activities of partners and calling for support for their initiatives. An important element was cross-promotion through common tags and mutual mentions in publications.
