Progress of work
To ensure effective SMM promotion for the cosmetology center, we have maintained a stable content plan over the past three months: publishing 6 informative posts and 56 stories monthly. Consistency is one of the key factors in Instagram and Facebook algorithms, and it has positively influenced reach statistics and audience engagement, as clearly shown in the dynamics below.
Post Design Update
We have redesigned the visual presentation of informative posts. Previously, the design relied on a standard lilac template with a ribbon border—now, each post features an individual, more modern composition with an emphasis on procedure photos, a clear Bilyk Ultra Laser brand block, and a structured text section highlighting results.

Separately, we worked on making the presentation not just beautiful but useful—the text is structured so that users can immediately see the essence of the procedure and its effect. This directly impacts the number of post saves, which Instagram also considers a signal of high-quality content.
What has changed in the post design:
- Updated the post design, focusing on readability, procedure photos, and brand recognition.
- Kept the same font pairing as used in stories to ensure all page content looks cohesive.
- Added an accent font to highlight important key points within the post.
- Worked on content presentation so that information is clear and helpful—this increases saves and overall follower engagement.
Stories Update
We paid special attention to the design of stories—this is the format people view most frequently, and it forms the first impression of the page. High-quality story design is a crucial element of proper SMM promotion for cosmetology, as it is through stories that potential clients get acquainted with the center’s procedures fastest.

What has changed in stories:
- Updated the visual design—stories have become more modern and aligned with current trends.
- Changed the font to a more modern one that better matches the overall style of the page.
- Selected a single font pairing for all stories—as a result, the content looks cohesive rather than like a set of disjointed elements.
- Made the information presentation more engaging to retain audience attention and boost interest in the center’s procedures.
Highlights and the Structure of “Featured”
Highlights are essentially the profile’s business card: they are what a new visitor checks out to learn about the center’s services before scrolling down the feed. When promoting cosmetology on Instagram, highlights often determine whether a person stays on the page or leaves for a competitor. Therefore, we:
- Updated the design of service highlights—making them more modern, stylish, and visually appealing.
- Structured the information inside each highlight to clearly convey the essence of the procedure and make it as understandable as possible for potential clients.

We continue to regularly update highlights with new stories to keep this information relevant—and this is an ongoing, rather than a one-time process.
Reels Editing
In addition to static formats, we worked on editing Reels—videos have become more dynamic, featuring accent text overlays and a clear “problem → procedure → result” structure, matching current video content trends on Instagram and Facebook.
Boosting with Targeted Ads
Alongside organic content, the page is additionally boosted by targeted advertising. This is noticeable in the share of views and interactions coming precisely from ads—during the reporting period, this figure reached 36–70% depending on the month, which indicates a proper balance between organic and paid promotion. This approach is an essential part of comprehensive social media management for medical businesses, where organic reach and advertising work in tandem.
