The Fenix ​​project turned to us to set up a stable and predictable flow of clients through targeted advertising. The main goal is to ensure constant generation of leads in two directions: hair salon services and hair wholesale. The client expects to create an effective system for attracting target audiences (B2C and B2B) for scaling sales and loading business with new orders through social networks.

A comprehensive promotion strategy was developed for the Fenix project, combining targeted advertising for the salon with tools to scale the B2B direction (wholesale). Key implementation stages:

1. Segmentation and campaign launch: We divided traffic into two key vectors. The first was attracting clients for the full range of professional hair care services offered by the salon, with hair extensions being the campaign’s top priority. The second was targeted advertising for wholesale hair sales to stylists and studios, offering partnership opportunities and joint purchases of donor hair. Both directions were optimized for Instant Forms using the Andromeda algorithm (Meta’s modern AI-based algorithm that automates audience discovery), which allowed the system to accurately identify a solvent audience.
