A comprehensive promotion strategy was developed for the Fenix project, combining targeted advertising for the salon with tools to scale the B2B direction (wholesale). Key implementation stages:
1. Segmentation and campaign launch: We divided traffic into two key vectors. The first was attracting clients for the full range of professional hair care services offered by the salon, with hair extensions being the campaign’s top priority. The second was targeted advertising for wholesale hair sales to stylists and studios, offering partnership opportunities and joint purchases of donor hair. Both directions were optimized for Instant Forms using the Andromeda algorithm (Meta’s modern AI-based algorithm that automates audience discovery), which allowed the system to accurately identify a solvent audience.
2. Work with assortment and offers: The ads focused on the quality of raw materials, a wide palette of shades, and the benefits of wholesale purchasing. This allowed us to attract not only one-time clients but also permanent partners for long-term cooperation.
3. Technical support and analysis: Daily monitoring of lead dynamics and advertising budget control allowed us to promptly disable ineffective solutions. We analyzed dozens of creatives, identifying the most effective ones:
- Ad 1: 29 leads at 43.30 UAH (CTR at a high level – 2.31%, budget 1,255 UAH).

- Ad 2: 20 leads at 78.86 UAH (CTR – 1.46%, budget 1,577 UAH).

4. Brand activity: In addition to lead generation, we launched a campaign to promote a giveaway, which provided additional reach and increased subscriber loyalty to the Fenix brand.
